What they need

Service Desk Engineer

Experience

0–2 years in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Technical Support.

Role

Provide L1 technical and non-technical support to end-users through chat, phone, and ticketing systems for a leading consumer electronics brand.

Support Channels

* Live Chat

* Inbound Calls

* Ticketing / Self-Service Portal

Key Responsibilities

* Handle basic IT, account, device, order, and troubleshooting queries.

* Perform password resets and basic device setup/configuration.

* Create, update, and manage support tickets.

* Meet defined SLA and response-time targets.

* Escalate complex issues to the relevant support teams.

* Maintain accurate support records and follow established procedures.

* Deliver professional customer service in a high-volume environment.

Language Requirements

* **English:* 24×7

* **Chinese:* 16×5

* **Japanese / Korean: 8×5

Note: Candidates need proficiency in only their assigned language; knowledge of all languages is not required.

Key Requirements

* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

* Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.

* Willingness to work rotational shifts.
