Full Location: Remote - PH

The Systems Engineer is responsible for the configuration, management, troubleshooting, and issue of resolution for critical business services across the globe.

These services include Active Directory, Messaging applications, Intune/SW deployment and Endpoint Management tools, SSO, SharePoint, File Sharing, and Azure Virtual Desktop Global infrastructure administration. The engineer will also work with our Helpdesk, Application, and Dev-Ops Teams, in order to provide end-to-end support for platform and application management services.

In this role you will:

• Administration of Office 365 Services: E-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Azure compute to include Azure virtual desktop services
• Azure Active Directory administration
• On-prem and Remote endpoint Management via Intune, including SW deployment, patching/version management, and security policies
• Take part in technical project execution impacting these areas, in coordination with other teams and external vendors and customers
• Level 3 Escalation Support for outages and issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels
• Daily Monitoring and Alert Responses
• Assist and collaborate with other local and global IT teams as needed with Desktop/user support, local IT services, IDF/MDF, telephony, and connectivity

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with various Microsoft Cloud Platforms- must include AVD, Azure AD, and Office 365 products and services
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and experience with a wide variety of software applications.
• Strong experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of DNS, DHCP SMTP\Mail Relays, Microsoft Active Directory services including forest and domain design, policies, trusts, replication and topology; mail delivery including Active Sync, MX, DKIM, SPF and email security gateways
• Understanding High Availability, Proxies, Load Balancers, Firewall and Basic Networking Concepts.
• Strong Powershell Scripting, Software deployment, and endpoint management experience
• Strong Documentation and Communication Skills (Verbal/Written) in English
• Strong Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Skills; independently and as a part of a team
• Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Manage a Diversified Workload.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• MCSA and/or MCSE certification preferred
• Any Additional Microsoft/Azure certifications a plus, or equivalent demonstrated experience
