We're partnering with an innovative technology company that is building next-generation connected products that combine advanced sensing, wireless communication, mobile applications, and cloud-based platforms.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to lead the architecture and development of complex systems spanning hardware, firmware, software, wireless connectivity, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of complex system architectures for connected products and cloud-enabled platforms.
• Solve challenging technical problems and drive innovative solutions from concept through deployment.
• Collaborate across systems, electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, and product engineering teams.
• Define system requirements, evaluate performance, and improve reliability and scalability.
• Support modeling, simulation, signal processing, and data analysis initiatives.
• Perform failure mode analysis and develop mitigation strategies to improve product performance and user experience.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in Systems Engineering within complex product development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Bluetooth, NFC, or other wireless communication technologies.
• Experience with modeling and simulation tools, ideally MATLAB.
• Background in areas such as signal processing, mathematical modeling, optical sensing, instrumentation, physics, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives and influence product architecture decisions.
• Master's or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.
