Systems Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Systems Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will partner closely with sales, customers, and channel partners to shape secure, scalable networking solutions that support enterprise environments. You will lead technical pre-sales conversations, architecture design, and deployment support across wireless, switching, and security technologies. The position also plays an important role in translating customer feedback into product direction and strengthening adoption of cloud-managed networking platforms.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to provide pre-sales technical consultation and tailored solutions
• Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise Wi-Fi, switches, and security solutions
• Present technical content to IT stakeholders and partners
• Bridge communication between customers and Support for seamless transitions
• Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product strategy
• Design secure networking environments utilizing Zero Trust architecture
• Promote adoption of cloud platforms for multi-site management
• Conduct RF planning and network design using industry tools
• Support and enable channel partners with technical training and solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or similar roles
• Expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7 wireless technologies
• Knowledge of layer 2/3 switching, VLANs, routing, and enterprise security practices
• Experience with cloud-managed networking solutions
• Understanding of Zero Trust security concepts
• Proficient in using RF design tools like Ekahau
• Preferred certifications: CWNA, CCNA/CCNP or similar
