Job Description for Senior Systems Engineer (AD , Entra ID, AD LDS, DNS, Infoblox ,Identidade híbrida On-prem + Cloud)

Job Duties

• Support a project initiative by building, configuring, and deploying Microsoft Active Directory Domain Controllers and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS) instances within the new data center environment.

• Deploy, configure, and validate Infoblox appliances and related DNS infrastructure to support enterprise directory and network services.

• Execute Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID implementation, integration, and operational activities under the direction of senior engineers and architect on the IAM Directory Services team.

• Assist with the implementation of hybrid identity, Active Directory, DNS, and directory services solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.

• Configure and maintain Active Directory sites, services, replication, DNS zones, and related directory services components.

• Develop and execute deployment, migration, validation, and cutover plans for directory services and supporting infrastructure.

• Develop PowerShell automation to streamline provisioning, configuration, reporting, validation, and operational processes.

• Troubleshoot complex directory services, authentication, DNS, replication, and infrastructure-related issues.

• Produce technical documentation, deployment runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams to ensure deployments meet corporate security, compliance, and governance requirements.

• Provide implementation support, post-deployment stabilization, knowledge transfer, and operational assistance during project transitions.

Job Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

• Experience building, deploying, and supporting Active Directory Domain Controllers and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS) instances in enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Entra ID, Entra Connect, and hybrid identity architectures.

• Experience supporting Active Directory consolidations, domain migrations, or Entra ID tenant integrations.

• Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting Infoblox NIOS appliances, Grid infrastructure, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.

• Experience with enterprise DNS architectures, DNS delegation, zone transfers, conditional forwarding, and DNS high-availability solutions.

• Experience with data center build-outs, infrastructure deployments, or large-scale directory services implementations preferred.

• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.

• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and event/log analysis capabilities.

• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and modern authentication technologies preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently in enterprise environments.

Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
