We’re looking for a Systems Engineer in Fort Worth, TX to help maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the systems the business relies on every day.

You’ll work across system administration, performance monitoring, technical troubleshooting, and infrastructure improvements. The role involves investigating problems, maintaining system configurations, documenting changes, and working with other technical teams to keep operations running smoothly.

A typical week could involve:

• Monitoring system performance and investigating technical issues.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and operating systems.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.
• Supporting system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
• Reviewing system configurations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assisting with backups, recovery procedures, and system availability.
• Monitoring system access and supporting established security controls.
• Diagnosing recurring issues and helping implement long-term solutions.
• Maintaining technical documentation, system records, and configuration details.
• Coordinating with IT support, network, and cybersecurity teams.
• Testing system changes before implementation.
• Supporting infrastructure upgrades and other technical projects.

Monday to Friday

The position is full-time and office-based in Fort Worth. You’ll work alongside technical colleagues to maintain reliable systems, resolve infrastructure issues, and support the technology used across the business.

Hours: 9:00am–5:30pm
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Previous experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure is beneficial, but we also value relevant technical experience gained through system administration, IT support, networking, or technical operations.

You’ll need a good understanding of operating systems, system troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to investigate problems methodically are important.

Familiarity with Windows or Linux environments, virtualization, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, or backup systems is an advantage. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are also beneficial.

Training and guidance will be provided on internal systems, processes, and infrastructure requirements.
