Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Advanced RF Engineer to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing advanced wireless and radio frequency systems for aerospace applications. You will lead RF design projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into aerospace products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced RF modules and systems tailored for aerospace applications.

• Perform detailed RF analysis, simulation, and testing to ensure system performance and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate RF solutions into aerospace products and systems.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and RF trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers in RF design and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RF system design and development for aerospace or similar high-reliability industries.

• Proficiency in RF simulation tools such as HFSS, CST Microwave Studio, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of RF testing methodologies and compliance with industry standards.

• Experience with wireless communication protocols and aerospace communication systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex RF challenges.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with aerospace industry requirements and regulatory standards.

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance.
