Systems Engineer III

For our client, we are seeking a Systems Engineer III to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will focus on the design, development, integration, and implementation of complex motion-based solutions that support customer and business objectives. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, manage risk, and drive successful delivery. The position also plays a key role in verification and validation activities, ensuring systems perform reliably and meet intended specifications.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $117,920 – $176,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, integration, and implementation of complex motion products
• Collaborate with customers to translate needs into technical solutions
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks
• Define and execute verification and validation activities
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, motion control, or mechatronics
• Strong knowledge of motion control technologies and related software applications
• Proven problem-solving capabilities within cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
