Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer (IT Helpdesk Engineer) to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in IT Support / Service Desk roles
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Hands-on experience in remote end-user support
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows OS (required)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Good knowledge of ITIL v4 and ITIL framework
• Experience using Helpdesk / Service Desk tools such as ManageEngine or similar ticketing systems
• Basic scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Bash is a plus
• Good understanding of hardware troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, and printers
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets/incidents simultaneously

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• ITIL Foundation certification
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator / MD-102
