Responsibilities Independently handle day-to-day operational tasksTriage hardware errors and coordinate RMAs with DCOPSMonitor dashboards and troubleshoot infrastructure issuesEscalate issues to appropriate stakeholdersParticipate in automated and repetitive datacenter site build-out activitiesDeploy, automate, and support large-scale Linux infrastructureSupport datacenter facility networks and cross-functional shared servicesWork autonomously and make sound technical decisions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS5+ years administering Ubuntu/Debian Linux servers in productionStrong experience troubleshooting, repairing, and upgrading diverse hardwareProficiency with hardware diagnostics, BIOS/UEFI, POST error logsKnowledge of PXE Boot, DCIM, Prometheus, LibreNMS, Grafana, LinuxLFCS or Ubuntu Certified Professional is a strong plusKubernetes (K8s) experience preferred
