Systems Engineer Sr - E3 (Level 3 Junior Release Train Engineer)

Standard Job Description We are seeking a Junior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support our team of senior RTEs in facilitating collaboration and coordination across the F-35 program.

As a junior RTE, you will work under the guidance of senior RTEs to develop your skills and knowledge in release management, systems engineering, and Agile principles.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior RTEs in facilitating collaboration and coordination across the program
• Support the development and maintenance of release plans, product backlogs, and other program artifacts
• Help identify and resolve impediments to the release build process
• Assist in facilitating PI Planning and other program meetings
• Develop and maintain a basic understanding of the program's technical and operational aspects

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience with and basic knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices
• Experience with Agile principles and practices
• Interim Secret or Higher security clearance

• Basic understanding of systems integration and metrics analysis

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
