Job Summary

Role: Systems Integration Analyst

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining applications built on PHP, Apache, and SQL-based technologies, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support
• Monitor application health, performance, and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to PHP applications, Apache web servers, and SQL databases.
• Analyze logs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL processes.
• Support application deployments, patches, and configuration changes.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and database teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on-call support and production support activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with SLA and KPI commitments.

Required Skills
Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java applications, system architecture, troubleshooting, and production support processes.
• Strong knowledge of PHP application support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Apache HTTP Server administration and configuration.
• Good understanding of SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL Server).
• Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Experience analyzing application, web server, and system logs.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, DNS, SSL/TLS).
• Familiarity with version control systems and deployment processes.
