Systems, Integration & Test Engineers

Munich · Greater Munich · Berlin · on-site or hybrid

€75,000 – €115,000 gross per year, depending on experience

Myn works with technology and industrial businesses across Germany, the UK and wider Europe — from established manufacturers to companies taking a product into volume. We are building a specialist network ahead of current and upcoming mandates in this field.

We are speaking with systems, integration and test engineers who work where hardware, software and the real world meet — unmanned systems, aerospace, advanced manufacturing and complex electro-mechanical products. If you are not looking today but would want to hear about the right thing, this is the network to be in

WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE

• Taking a system from prototype through integration to repeatable production
• Designing and running test campaigns — functional, environmental, HiL and field
• Working across mechanical, electrical, embedded and software teams
• Finding the fault nobody else can reproduce, and writing it up so it stays fixed

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• A degree in engineering, physics or similar, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Experience with complex physical products — not purely software testing
• German and English for roles in Germany; written German is enough for some teams
• Comfortable in a scale-up where the process is still being written

ALSO USEFUL

• Exposure to defence, aerospace, automotive or medical device environments
• Experience of certification, safety or qualification standards

Interested? Apply with your CV in under two minutes! You will join the Myn talent network, not a single vacancy. We review every application and come back to you when a role matches what you have told us you are looking for. You keep one profile, you decide what you are open to, and your details are never sent to a client without your agreement for that specific role.
