At Blitz IT Consultants , we enable seamless financial operations for over 150 banks and financial institutions across 10 countries in Asia, specializing in SWIFT, payment gateways, and Financial Crime/AML platforms.

We are looking for a Systems Integration Engineer (Financial Solutions) to join our delivery team in Hanoi, driving end-to-end technical integration across mission-critical banking environments.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on integration activities: environment setup, application configuration, containerized deployment, and system verification.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL data integration flows and database connections (SQL, Oracle, MS SQL).
• Investigate complex middleware, networking (SSL/TLS, SSO), and integration bottlenecks in high-availability enterprise environments.
• Support technical GAP analysis, deployment checklists, and smooth production go-lives for regional banking clients.

🔍 What We Look For

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience in systems integration, technical implementation, or software deployment (Fintech, Banking, or Enterprise IT background is a strong plus).
• Core Technical Stack: Solid working proficiency with Linux/Windows Server and SQL/RDBMS (Oracle and/or MS SQL). Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes , and CI/CD-based release workflows. Practical understanding of ETL/data pipelines, middleware runtimes, and enterprise networking basics. AI & Continuous Learning: Openness to leveraging AI tools responsibly to optimize scripting, debugging, and documentation while maintaining strict data privacy.
• Communication: Professional working English to collaborate effectively with regional teams and international partners.

Nice to have (Not strictly required): Familiarity with messaging queues (Kafka / IBM MQ), application servers (Tomcat/WebLogic), or compliance/banking solutions.
