About the Role

You will lead our established Robotics Process Automation – CoE practice and guide its next phase of growth. Our program is built on UiPath and already delivers measurable value across the organization. Your mandate is to move that program forward – Expanding the automation footprint into additional business units and shared service functions and identifying and prioritizing the opportunities where automation will have the greatest impact. Alongside UiPath, you will champion Microsoft Power Automate to advance citizen development, empowering business users to automate their own work within a clear and effective governance framework.

This role is defined by three pillars - People, Process , and Technology and by a genuine appreciation for solving real business problems with the right technology assets. As a servant leader, you will develop and empower an existing team, partner deeply with business and technology stakeholders, and bring discipline to how work is qualified, designed, and delivered. Because RPA is inherently deterministic and rules-based, you understand where it is the right fit and where it is best complemented by emerging, AI-augmented approaches is an area we expect to advance as automation practice matures.

Key Responsibilities

• Empower, mentor, and grow the automation team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Expand the automation footprint into additional business units and shared service functions.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-value automation opportunities.
• Optimize business processes before automating them to deliver durable, measurable value.
• Own solution architecture and enable citizen development within a clear governance framework.
• Establish standards, security controls, and delivery methodology through a Center of Excellence.
• Match the right platform to each use case and shape the strategy for emerging, AI-augmented automation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Five or more years delivering RPA or intelligent automation, including team or practice leadership (Required)
• A servant leader who drives collaboration-empowering and backing the team to deliver, with strong stakeholder communication across business and technology (Required)
• Deep hands-on experience leveraging and maximizing enterprise automation platforms, matching the right tool to each use case (Required)
• Ability to enable citizen development with governance that empowers users while managing risk (Required)
• Strong business process analysis and optimization, focused on measurable outcomes (Required)
• Experience scaling an automation Center of Excellence, with awareness of AI-augmented automation trends (Preferred)
