- Maintain asset registers, system records and knowledge resources to support efficient service delivery.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and the rollout of new technologies, applications and business system enhancements.
- Gather feedback and provide insights to support continuous improvement of systems, processes and user experience.
- Champion the adoption and effective utilisation of business systems and change initiatives across the region.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, team meetings and planned operational activities.
About You You are a proactive and adaptable professional with experience supporting business systems and end users. You communicate effectively, build strong stakeholder relationships and are committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
