As a Systems Officer within the Data Analytics team, you will play a key role in identifying, designing and implementing Microsoft 365-based solutions that improve business processes and agency capability.
Working collaboratively with business areas, you will analyse current processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality and support the implementation of Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, Power Platform and related tools, that enhance the way PWSS captures, manages and uses information.
The role will contribute to a range of initiatives focused on streamlining business operations, reducing manual processes, improving reporting capability and supporting organisational growth through the effective use of Microsoft 365 technologies.
