Systems Operations Associate

About the Role

Toyota Mobility Solutions Philippines, Inc. is looking for a proactive, analytical, and customer-focused Systems Operations Associate to join our Mobility Solutions Operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, deployment, and day-to-day operations of our mobility solutions programs. You will help manage shuttle service operations, coordinate with clients and service partners, oversee back-end system administration, and support project implementation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Designing, Planning, and Project Management – Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of mobility initiatives and operational projects to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement.
• Shuttle Service Operations and Deployment – Support the deployment and administration of shuttle services, ensuring smooth operations and quality service delivery for clients and passengers.
• Back-End Operations Management – Manage system-related activities such as service creation, monitoring, account maintenance, whitelisting, operational support, and performance tracking.
• Data Analysis and Reporting – Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate reports and provide actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Client Relationship Management – Coordinate regularly with client administrators and transportation focal persons to address operational requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supplier and Partner Coordination – Work closely with system providers, transport operators, and external partners to ensure seamless service execution and issue resolution.
• Content Management and System Administration – Utilize and maintain Content Management Systems (CMS) and related platforms to support operational requirements.
• Process Improvement Initiatives – Recommend and implement improvements that streamline workflows, improve service reliability, and enhance overall operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in operations, customer service, transportation, mobility solutions, or stakeholder management is an advantage.
