About the role

Systems Operations lead for the delivery-robot project in Pattaya. This person keeps the robots ready for the day: deployment, charging, field recovery, vendor follow-up, and a clear log of what happened. Chinese is the main working language for supplier and partner coordination. English and Thai are a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily robot operations: power-on checks, charging, route readiness, and handoff to the technical team.
• Monitor robots on duty. Respond when a unit stops, loses signal, or needs a field recovery.
• Log incidents, parts used, and downtime so the technical team can fix the real cause, not just the symptom.
• Coordinate with Chinese-speaking suppliers and partners on parts, firmware notes, and delivery schedules.
• Keep spares, tools, and the operations bay in order. Flag shortages before they stop a run.
• Support on-site tests and pilot deliveries. Report what the robot did, not only that it failed.

About you

• Professional Chinese proficiency, spoken and written. This is required.
• Hands-on comfort with hardware: batteries, connectors, basic inspection, and following a checklist.
• Calm when a robot stops in the field. You can triage, call the right person, and write down what you saw.
• Experience in operations, field service, logistics, or robotics is a plus.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving.
• Based in Pattaya or able to work from the Pattaya office.
