Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain sales office and marketing company systems, including SOAS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, handheld applications, and web portals. Provide technical support and user training, validate system transactions and data, process approved data corrections, monitor system integration, troubleshoot syncing issues, test system updates and new applications, coordinate with system providers, and prepare system documentation and user guides.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in ERP/accounting systems, system implementation, reconciliation, or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sales, collection, settlement, inventory, or accounting processes is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila for 1–2 months, depending on project requirements.
