Systems Specialist / Process Documentation Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business process documentation, process improvement, systems implementation, quality management, or organizational development.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Experience creating SOPs, manuals, and process maps.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro, or similar software.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with management and department representatives.
• Observe current workflows and operational practices.
• Document existing ("As-Is") processes.
• Analyze workflows and identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design standardized workflows and future-state ("To-Be") processes.
• Prepare and organize operational manuals and SOPs.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and documentation.
• Standardize company forms, templates, and reporting formats.
• Coordinate with department heads to validate and finalize documented processes.
• Present recommendations for process optimization and operational improvements.
• Submit all editable source files and final documentation upon project completion.
