We are seeking a skilled Systems Support Analyst G7 to join our IT Services team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. Your expertise will be vital in troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining databases, and overseeing cloud and server environments.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve SQL and database-related problems.
• Oversee cloud and server environments, ensuring their stability and security.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
• Proficiency in networking and IT hardware support.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and server management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

This Role will require you to take a lead role in implementing and delivering the NEC housing IT business System project. You will need to work with SBC’s IT colleagues, SBC’s Implementation partner, the IT system’s Supplier (NEC) and SBCs Housing service to ensure a coordinated approach is taken to delivering this project.
