Systems Support Engineer

• Maintain and administer Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine, Microsoft Office 365, Email, VMWare, Firewall, Active Directory, networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
• Plan, design, implement, integrate, and stabilize Microsoft core infrastructure solutions
• Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Plan and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
• Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
• Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
• Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
• Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
• Cost optimization for underutilized instances
• Automated deployments

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any IT Related Course
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possesses good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to demonstrate and conduct proof-of-concept activities with customers.
• Willing to work in Quezon City and Makati (as needed)
• Willing to support external clients (onsite and as needed)
