The Design Integrity leader is responsible for supporting and coordinating business systems, processes, and cross-functional issue resolution rather than performing traditional CAD or drafting work. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of operational workflows, system dependencies, and organizational processes. They are skilled at troubleshooting, communicating across teams, and navigating complex issues by connecting the right people, resources, and information. This position requires someone who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working across functions to improve system performance and business continuity.

What you will do:

·       Serve as a knowledgeable resource for business systems, tools, and related processes

·       Identify, assess, and help coordinate resolution of system or process issues

·       Engage the appropriate teams, subject matter experts, or stakeholders based on the nature of the issue

·       Track issues through resolution and help ensure timely follow-up

Key Skills or Competencies:

·       Strong understanding of business systems, workflows, and how processes connect across teams

·       Ability to quickly learn system dependencies, ownership, and escalation paths

·       Ability to identify root causes, assess issues, and determine the best path to resolution

·       Sound judgment in deciding when to troubleshoot directly versus when to involve others

·       Strong ability to work across departments and build relationships with technical teams, operations, leadership, and end users

·       Knows how to engage the right people at the right time

·       Experience tracking issues, following through on action items, and ensuring timely resolution

·       Ability to document workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements

·       Focus on consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement

·       Ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and stakeholders at once
