Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Handle cash register operations and manage cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to effectively sell products.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in conducting product demos is advantageous.
