该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1. 负责B5G无线技术研究和标准化； 2. 开展6G技术预研及专利布局； 3. 参与国内B5G/6G相关组织的技术研发活动和技术交流 4. 通过链路级和系统级仿真对技术方案进行性能评估和优化，以技术报告，标准化提案，专利申请为研究结果 任职要求： 1. 通信、电子等相关专业硕士或博士学历； 2. 3年以上国际标准化（RAN1/RAN2）或 国内标准化工作经验 3. 对无线和移动通信标准体系有深入认知 4. 自主学习能力强，良好的中英文阅读与表达能力，富有团队合作及刻苦钻研精神 5. 掌握完善的通信系统仿真评估方法，熟练使用C/C++ , Matlab等搭建通信系统仿真平台（链路级、系统级）为佳
