T24 Developer (EMEA)

As a T24 Developer, you will maintain and enhance banking systems (Core Banking, AML, and Reporting) based on Temenos products. You will perform system analysis, local code development, testing, and provide technical support across environments, collaborating with senior IT and team managers to deliver reliable solutions.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Development & Analysis

• Maintain and improve Temenos‑based banking systems.
• Perform system analysis, local code development, and unit testing.
• Understand BRD/FSD and prepare TSD.
• Provide test environment support and package preparation.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff and team managers.

Technical Implementation

• Develop using Infobasic and componentisation coding (mandatory).
• Perform L3 Java code development (advantageous).
• Apply TAFJ knowledge in development and support.
• Manage code libraries and version control.
• Develop T24 APIs (screen changes, new inquiries).
• Customise T24 and manage OFS processing.
• Provide Unix/Linux support and basic administration.

Experience

• You have 3–8 years of relevant working experience.
• You have experience in T24 development, customisation, and API integration.
• You have experience supporting test environments and deployments.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Computing or a relevant field.
• You have strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Technical Expertise

• You have mandatory skills in Infobasic and componentisation coding.
• You have knowledge of TAFJ and code library management.
• You have technical expertise in T24 customisation and OFS processing.
• You have Unix/Linux knowledge.
• You have optional skills in REST technology (IRIS2.0), Temenos Web Services (TWS), JBoss configurations, and channel interfaces (Browser, IB, AAA+, Analytics, DFE, DM, Data Warehouse).
• You have additional skills in Core Java, HTML5/CSS3, JQuery, AngularJS, MVC, LINQ, and SQL Server databases.
