Role & responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and manpower planning.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews.
• Drive hiring for technical, engineering, commercial, and leadership positions.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement until joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring metrics.
• Build talent pipelines and improve recruitment efficiency.
