TA Operations Analyst

Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist | 6-Month Contract

A growing technology organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations professional to support day-to-day recruiting operations while leading a major ATS implementation project. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous role for someone who can step into an established environment and make an immediate impact.

What you'll do

• Maintain day-to-day TA operations, including requisition workflows, reporting, system configuration, permissions and approvals
• Lead an ATS implementation from Greenhouse to Ashby, including configuration, stage and scorecard design, data migration, integrations and go-live readiness
• Use AI tools to automate reporting, data reconciliation, audits and routine recruiting administration
• Maintain data integrity across requisitions, candidates and pipelines while proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot operational issues and improve recruiting processes

What you'll bring

• Hands-on experience implementing or migrating to Ashby, including configuration, data mapping and go-live
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, Cowork or AI sourcing platforms to automate workflows
• Ability to inherit an established book of work and deliver independently with minimal ramp-up
• Strong ATS/HRIS data integrity and auditing experience
• Confidence working directly with recruiters and hiring managers

Bonus points

• Workday experience, particularly requisition workflows and integrations
• ATS migrations, data mapping and Greenhouse configuration
• Recruiting dashboards and reporting using Sheets, Looker or similar tools
• Scripting, APIs or workflow automation experience
