TA Support

Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a TA Support professional to manage endtoend recruitment operations from preoffer to joining, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders, compliance checks, documentation, and onboarding activities.

• Maintain endtoend hiring tracker
• Collect and verify candidate documents
• Coordinate and monitor background checks
• Release offers & Appointment Letters after acceptance
• Coordinate onboarding formalities and clearance

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong coordination and followup skills
• Graduation Mandatory
• Strong MS Office skills
• Knowledge of HR operations
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
