TA Trainee (Internship)

1) Recruitment Support

• Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications, identifying suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support Direct Labour walk-in interview.
• Support New Joiner Induction Program.

2) Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives, such as participating in job fairs and creating social media content.

3) General HR Support

• Collaborate with other HR team members on projects related to HR functions.
• Participate in TA team meetings and create meeting minutes.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior.
