TAB Mechanical Engineer

Systematic is seeking a Technical Documentation & Review Specialist to support our growing workload of project reporting and quality‑control review. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑driven, organized, and comfortable working with mechanical system documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble TAB reports, data summaries, and project documentation
• Review mechanical specifications, drawings, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
• Develop and refine TAB procedures based on project requirements and industry standards
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure documentation aligns with field conditions
• Identify discrepancies, conflicts, and missing information in design documents
• Support continuous improvement of Systematics’ reporting and procedural templates

Qualifications

• Background in mechanical engineering, or TAB/commissioning
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Ability to interpret mechanical plans, schedules, and control sequences
• Familiarity with TAB standards (NEBB, AABC, TABB) preferred
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects

Pay: $74,500.00 - $89,900.00 per year
