Table Games Table Technician (65780)

Job Summary:

This position has a pay range of $22.00-$27.00 per hour. 

A Table Games Technician is responsible for the proper operation of tables and equipment, as well as the maintenance and repair of all associated components. This role requires strong understanding of tools, parts, supplies, and basic carpentry skills. The technician must be able to understand the gaming floor, recall vital game histories, and perform repairs and modifications to computerized components. The position demands physical, mental, and environmental readiness, and the technician must be able to handle stressful situations professionally.  

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test all table games equipment, felts, and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot, and cleaning on all table games equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, service calls, parts and tools.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, compliance, and internal policies are followed.
• Collaborate with Table Games Management and IT teams to ensure optimal table performance.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff during technical support interactions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• General knowledge of electronic equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and flexible shifts. This includes holidays, nights, weekends, as required by Two Kings Casino.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming license.
• Ability to follow and communicate verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work in a loud faced paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to second-hand cigarette smoke).

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms; bend to open/use lower drawers or cabinetry; to talk, hear, and see. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
