Table service / Customer service

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Table Service & Customer Service Associate to join our team.

Our restaurant is open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM, and team members will be scheduled for different shifts throughout these operating hours. Flexible availability for daytime, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel welcome
• Take customer orders accurately
• Answer menu questions and assist customers when needed
• Bring meals to customers at their tables
• Check on customers and make sure they are happy with their food and service
• Clear, clean, and reset tables
• Sweep and maintain the dining area
• Refill sauces, condiments, napkins, and other supplies
• Refill and organize drinks
• Clean and organize utensils
• Keep the front counter and customer areas clean and presentable
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy periods
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
• Help create a clean, welcoming, and positive environment for every customer

Pay: $18.00 per hour
