What they need
- 6+ years of experience in Tableau Server Administration, Tableau platform support, or related infrastructure/application support roles.
- Strong experience in Tableau Server installation, configuration, administration, and upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau Server version upgrades and migration activities.
- Experience in Release Management, CI/CD, deployment, and change management.
- Experience supporting Production and QA environments.
- Knowledge of automation for operational processes, exception handling, and recovery.
- Experience with platform monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to both on-premises and cloud-based environments.
- Experience working with teams on OS and middleware/application server upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently manage production issues.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
