Description:

Data Analyst with strong expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), data visualization, SQL, Tableau ( Must have ), Looker ( Good to have ), and other BI reporting tools. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights, develop impactful dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

1.Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or similar platforms.
2.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new BI tools, technologies, and business domains.
3.Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and business performance reviews.
4.Follow BI best practices, data governance standards, documentation processes, and Agile delivery methodologies.
5.Experience working with data warehouses, ETL processes, and cloud analytics platforms is preferred.
6.Perform data validation, quality checks, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
7.Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
8.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business insights, and opportunities for improvement.
9.Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
10.Develop, monitor, and optimize KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and executive-level reporting dashboards.
11.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making.
12.Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
