About the Company

Inducare Pharmaceuticals & Research Foundation has established a Public Testing Laboratory and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility at G-32, MIDC Jejuri, with facilities for oral solid dosage and external preparations.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Tablet Compression Machines as per SOPs, BMR/BPR and production requirements.
• Perform machine setting, tooling changeover and punch & die replacement.
• Monitor tablet compression parameters such as tablet weight, hardness, thickness, appearance and compression force.
• Perform routine in-process checks during tablet compression.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, safety, hygiene and manufacturing procedures.
• Complete BMR/BPR and other production-related documentation accurately.
• Carry out machine and area cleaning, line clearance and changeover activities.
• Identify and report machine problems, tablet defects and process abnormalities to the Production Supervisor/Officer.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Coordinate with Production, QA and Maintenance/Engineering departments for smooth batch execution.
• Handle and reconcile granules and other materials used during the compression process.
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned batches.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Tablet Compression Machine operation in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
• Practical knowledge of tablet compression machines and tooling.
• Knowledge of GMP, BMR/BPR, SOPs and in-process checks.
• Ability to identify common tablet defects such as capping, sticking, picking, lamination and weight variation.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
