TAC Engineer

We are looking for an experienced TAC Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Linux and advanced networking protocols. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills and practical experience working with enterprise networking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for complex network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across TCP/IP, MPLS, and BGP environments.
• Perform network-level troubleshooting on Linux-based systems.
• Analyze network logs, packet captures, SNMP data, and system behavior to identify root causes.
• Work with network test equipment and network management tools for testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Support network security-related troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Develop and use scripting/automation for troubleshooting and operational activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to drive issues to resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and RCA reports.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues involving TCP/IP, MPLS, and BGP.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with customers and cross-functional technical teams.
