TAC/Network Support Level 1 (Data Center)

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in data centre operations, IT infrastructure, facilities management, or technical support is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Problem, and Change Management, is preferred.
• Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, monitoring systems, maintenance activities, and operational procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 rotating-shift environment.
• Willingness to provide onsite support and respond to operational incidents within required SLAs.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, security, and service quality.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Primarily based in a data centre environment.
• Requires 24/7 rotating-shift coverage.
• May require onsite support during incidents, maintenance activities, and service requests.
• Requires coordination with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and customers.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
