Job Summary

We are seeking a Tailor to join our team! As a Tailor, you will be meeting with clients and assessing their garments, offering creative solutions, and then performing the necessary cutting, pinning, and sewing to create their desired product. You will also maintain a proper inventory of supplies, ensure all equipment is maintained and cleaned, and answer questions through phone or email. The ideal candidate has experience sewing, is familiar with the basics of tailoring, and has strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their needs
• Cut, pin, and sew garments and fabrics to meet the needs of the customers
• Answer questions on tailoring and services provided
• Clean and maintain all equipment used
• Order supplies, as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with tailoring desired
• Experience with customer service desired
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have sewing machine, supplies and equipment
