About ANDGARMENT

ANDGARMENT is a Qatar-based garment factory specializing in customized apparel, tailoring, ready-made garments, private-label production, and bulk clothing orders.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Tailor to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional garment cutting, stitching, sewing, and finishing according to approved specifications.
• Produce garments accurately according to measurements, patterns, samples, and production requirements.
• Handle different types of fabrics and garment constructions.
• Maintain consistent stitching and finishing quality.
• Follow production schedules and daily assigned targets.
• Make alterations and corrections when required.
• Work closely with master tailors, production supervisors, and the quality-control team.
• Maintain proper use and care of sewing machines and production equipment.
• Ensure garments are completed according to ANDGARMENT quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.

Requirements

• Previous professional tailoring experience is required.
• Experience in a garment factory or tailoring workshop is preferred.
• Good knowledge of garment construction, stitching, measurements, and finishing.
• Ability to work with different fabrics and garment styles.
• Ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, hardworking, and disciplined.
• Ability to work as part of a production team.
• Qatar experience will be an advantage.
