Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Tailor Supervisor to manage tailoring operations, supervise tailors, and ensure timely delivery of quality garments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise tailors and manage daily stitching operations.
• Allocate work to tailors and monitor productivity.
• Ensure garment quality, accurate measurements, and finishing standards.
• Check stitching, alterations, and final products before delivery.
• Manage fabric utilization and minimize material wastage.
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams.
• Resolve stitching-related issues and guide tailors to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience in tailoring, garment production, or stitching supervision.
• Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, garment construction, and finishing.
• Ability to manage a team of tailors and maintain quality standards.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Prior supervisory experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
