TAKAFUL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

About the role

As a Takaful Sales Representative at SARGROUP NILAI', you'll play a crucial role in promoting and selling Takaful (Shariah-compliant insurance) products to a diverse customer base. In this full-time position, you'll be based in Selangor, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored Takaful solutions that align with their financial goals and Shariah-Compliant principles.

What you'll be doing

1. Actively engage with potential customers to understand their Takaful requirements and concerns
2. Present and explain Takaful products and services, highlighting the benefits and addressing any queries or objections
3. Assist customers in completing Takaful application forms and provide guidance throughout the onboarding process
4. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
5. Identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
7. Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the Takaful or financial services industry
2. Strong knowledge and understanding of Takaful products, Shariah-compliant financial principles, and the local regulatory environment
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
4. Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
6. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
