Take Out Associate

We are seeking a friendly and efficient To-go Specialist to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service by accurately and promptly fulfilling take-out orders. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their take-out orders, ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately take orders via phone or in person, utilizing POS systems such as Micros POS.
• Prepare and package food orders according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and order status.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, including equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services, serving, or food service preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is desirable.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.60 per hour
