Job Summary

Pita Fusion is seeking a friendly and dependable Take Out Associate to handle takeout orders and provide efficient customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Take and accurately process takeout orders
• Package food neatly and verify orders before pickup
• Handle cash, card, and POS transactions
• Coordinate pickup orders with the kitchen team
• Answer customer questions about menu items and orders
• Keep the counter and pickup area clean and organized
• Restock takeout containers, bags, and other supplies
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Basic POS and cash-handling skills are a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods
