Takeoff /Quantity Surveyor/Estimator /Civil Engineer

Note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Davao City, Philippines. Applicants seeking for freelance or remote work will NOT be considered.

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who can handle project estimation and support a range of civil engineering–related tasks to join our team in Davao City. In this role, you’ll assist in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects by reviewing plans and specifications, gathering relevant data, performing quantity take-offs, and using industry-standard software tools. You’ll also support other project-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
Fresh graduates and non-licensed applicants who are eager to learn are welcome to apply.

• Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with construction estimating software such as PlanSwift, Spreadhseets, MS Excel, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Analytical & Mathematical Skills:

Strong numerical ability and keen attention to detail for accurate quantity take-offs and cost assessments.

• Communication Skills:

Able to actively listen, follow instructions precisely, and clearly communicate issues or insights to support process improvement.

• Time Management & Organization:

Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Team Collaboration:

Works well within a team and cooperates with engineers, architects, and other professionals to deliver high-quality outputs.

• Problem-Solving Ability:

Able to anticipate potential issues, evaluate alternatives, and adjust estimates accordingly.

Open to continuous learning, particularly in industry trends, technology, and best practices in construction, design, and engineering field.
