Job Role

As a Telecaller – New Vendor Onboarding, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential vendors, explain the WeddingPoint platform and vendor partnership opportunity, answer their queries, and complete the vendor onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential vendors and service providers.
• Introduce WeddingPoint and explain our vendor partnership program.
• Explain the benefits, process, requirements, and terms of becoming a WeddingPoint Partner.
• Identify interested vendors and convert them into registered/onboarded partners.
• Collect required vendor information and documents for onboarding.
• Follow up with interested vendors through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and onboarding status.
• Coordinate with the internal team for vendor verification and activation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
• Achieve daily and monthly vendor onboarding targets.
• Regularly update CRM/Google Sheets or the company's vendor management system.
• Follow up with vendors until the onboarding process is successfully completed.

Who We Are Looking For

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and service providers over the phone.
• Hindi communication is required; English communication will be an advantage.
• Confident, polite, and professional while communicating with vendors.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and smartphones/computers.
• Ability to handle objections and explain services clearly.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Freshers can apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or vendor onboarding will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations

The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Make regular outbound calls to potential vendors.
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested vendors.
• Meet assigned daily/monthly calling and onboarding targets.
• Convert qualified vendor leads into active WeddingPoint Partners.

Work Environment

• 100% Remote / Work From Home
• No office visit required.
• Candidate should have a smartphone and reliable internet connection.
• Regular communication with the WeddingPoint team will be through phone, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
