We are looking for experienced Talend Developers to join our growing integration team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise integration solutions using Talend technologies.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in Talend Studio, ETL/ELT development, API integrations, Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC), Java, SQL/PL-SQL, Git, and CI/CD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend integration solutions, interfaces, and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Develop complex Talend jobs using Talend Studio.
• Support enterprise integration projects from requirements gathering through implementation and production support.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, test plans, and implementation documentation.
• Develop integrations involving enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and defect resolution.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Talend jobs and integration workflows.
• Provide production support, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Work with Talend Management Console (TMC) or Talend Administration Center (TAC) for job administration, scheduling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Use Git and CI/CD processes to support Talend development and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with integration standards, security requirements, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
• Participate in project estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
• Contribute to integration architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

MID-LEVEL TALEND DEVELOPER

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience developing ETL jobs using Talend Studio.

• Must have hands-on experience with either:

  • Talend Management Console (TMC), or
  • Talend Administration Center (TAC) + Git

• Experience working with complex Talend components and integrations, including API integration.

• Strong experience in Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.

• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.

• Experience using Git and CI/CD for development and deployment.

• Familiarity with scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools.

• Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar project/service management tools.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

SENIOR TALEND DEVELOPER

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise application integration, ETL/ELT development, or middleware technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting Talend integration solutions.
• Advanced experience developing ETL jobs using Talend Studio.
• Must have hands-on experience with Talend Management Console (TMC).
• Strong experience handling complex Talend integrations and components, including API-based integrations.
• Strong experience in Java, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting technologies.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong experience with relational databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for Talend development and deployment.
• Experience in job scheduling, monitoring, automation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
• Ability to contribute to solution architecture and integration design discussions.
• Ability to mentor and support junior developers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Talend Cloud.
• Talend certification or certification in related integration technologies.
• Experience integrating cloud platforms, enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise integration environments.
• Knowledge of integration security standards and development best practices.
