Talend Tech Lead

We are looking for our future TALEND Tech Lead   to join the team.

Assignment:

As a Talend Tech Lead , you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of data integration solutions within our clients' project teams. You will support technical teams in implementing best practices and actively participate in defining integration architectures.

Responsibilities:

To supervise and support a team of Talend developers in their daily activities within Build and Run teams.

Define and ensure the implementation of development, quality and security standards.

Participate in the design and architecture of data integration solutions.

Ensure the performance, maintainability and scalability of ETL flows.

Collaborating with functional and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.

To act as a technical expert on Talend and to train team members.

Monitor project progress and provide reporting to management and stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Required skills and qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in data development and integration with Talend (Data Integration, ESB Services).

Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and the SQL language.

Proficiency in data integration architectures, ETL/ELT best practices and distributed environments.

Experience in performance optimization and managing large volumes of data.

Knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.), Kubernetes are an asset.

Good level of technical English (spoken and written).

Desired profile

Engineer or graduate with a Master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Data

Minimum 5 years of experience including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead / Technical Expert .

Passionate about data integration and management issues.

Available to support an ambitious and rapidly growing project.
