Talent Acquisition Analyst & Operations

Role Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst & Operations professional who will drive recruitment delivery while supporting TA operations, analytics, reporting, and process excellence initiatives. The role combines 40% End-to-End Recruitment and 60% Talent

Acquisition Operations & Analytics responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

TA Operations & Analytics (60%)

• Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics.
• Track KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness.
• Ensure recruitment process compliance, data accuracy, and ATS governance.
• Support TA process improvements, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with recruiters, HRBPs, and business leaders to provide hiring insights and recommendations.

Talent Acquisition (40%)

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles from requisition to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies.
• Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews with candidates.
• Drive candidate experience and ensure timely hiring closure.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Operations, or HR Analytics.
• Strong skills in recruitment, stakeholder management, Excel, Power BI, and ATS platforms.
